 Schematic Design
        
 - Produce conceptual design / planning.
 - Developing the brief through interview / meeting with client & various vendors.
 - To carry out site checks to understand the design parameter.
 -  To arrange meeting / submission with building management to understand the regulation.
 -  Developing concept for presentation together with materials.
 - Developing guide line for budgetary and schedule.       
       

Construction Documentation
        
 - Develop a set of construction drawings

   (The set will include layout plan, reflected ceiling plan, electrical plan, and detail drawing).     
 - Monitor design  from schedule and cost point of view as details are developed.
 - Organize the set of construction documents for various vendors.
        
        
Cost Analysis
      
- Carry out evaluation of contractor / vendors cost.
- Propose value-engineering items if necessary and assist client in negotiation and optimal cost
   solution for the project.
       

 

Construction Service

- Supervise construction to assure quality, schedule, and cost are as per the contract.

- Monitor cost and schedule and regularly update the client.

- Co-ordinate design and schedule from various contractors / vendors.

- Manage variations from design, cost, and schedule.

- Site meeting if required
